At Rhythm & Roe, we are committed to delivering premium caviar and exceptional customer service. While we take extraordinary measures to ensure the quality of every tin, we understand that occasionally issues may arise, and we have developed the following return policy to address such situations:
Returns are accepted for any item that arrives damaged or not as described upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our Customer Experience team at info@rhythmandroe.com within 24 hours of receiving your package to request a return authorization number. Any returns made without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
All caviar products must be shipped back to us properly packed with FROZEN gel ice in an insulated shipping box via overnight delivery. For approved returns, we will arrange for pickup of the package. By FDA regulations, the product must be received at or below 39°F to qualify for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges).
Wholesale customers should contact their account representative directly regarding any quality concerns or returns. Special terms may apply to wholesale orders.
